1. Confidentiality and security of participant information: All participant data and information collected during the training will be stored in password protected files on a password protected computer housed by The Banyan Tree Wellness Center.  Participant information will not be provided to an outside or third party source for any reason.

2. Refund Policy: Banyan Tree Wellness Center Continuing Education offers no refunds. In purchasing a training, you acknowledge that refunds will not be made available.  Due to the type of training offered, participants have access to the course and materials or instant downloads upon purchase.  As such, participants will not be given refunds once the purchase has been completed. 

3. Resolution Policy: If the participant is dissatisfied with the purchase, the participant must reach out to [email protected] within that training cycle to discuss their dissatisfaction.  All efforts will be made to support participants in course engagement. If 25% or less of the training has been completed, The Banyan Tree Wellness Center will work with participant to transfer their purchase to the training running at a future date.

4. Certificates of Completion and Evaluations: a. Following the completion of all modules, supervision-of-supervision sessions, and post test, participants will be provided an electronic program evaluation.  b.  Upon completion of the evaluation, participants will receive an electronic Certificate of Completion. * All documentation and records collected from a training will be kept by The Banyan Tree Wellness Center for 5 years following completion of the training

5. Copyright Agreement: Participants of the training may not copy, distribute, or plagiarize any information provided in the training. This training program is designed for single use.  You agree to use the training for your own continuing education and development.
